Great little light lunch spot. I wasn't super hungry and just needed a quick bite to eat. I had the Kids mini cheeseburger meal and it only cost me $7. The burger was really tasty and the service was great. I'll be back!

We got the cheese burger and juicy Luicy combos, burgers were cooked great, had good flavor, got steak fries with it which were good. The service was great, both the guy and girl working the counter were very friendly. Only reason for not giving it 5 star is price, it's slightly higher than I was expecting for what we received.

Really nice employees. I saw a photo of one of their old specials online, and they said they could do it for me. They even asked how I like my burger cooked, which isn't something I usually expect from fast food. I also liked the little buzzer they give you to let you know when your food is ready. It only took about two minutes anyway. Oh, and I forgot to add, it was absolutely delicious! I would definitely come back.

You have to check this place out in my opinion, the best Philly cheesesteak in Flagstaff and don’t forget to get their secret sauce on it which is to die for! I will defiantly be back again and again! Thank you for the amazing service and the best sandwich ever!

Incredible shakes. Wife and I had two, one chocolate and one strawberry and they were both perfect. Thick, full of flavor and a blast to try and such they the straw. Also very affordable. Will be back for more.

Ordered this thru DoorDash ! I haven’t tasted such a great burger in awhile! I love the fact you get to choose how it’s cooked, means it’s not frozen. The onion rings were amazing as well. Love the presentation as well!

Best damn bacon cheese burger I ever had up this way, and I was told they have one even better. The Juicy Lucy they call her and if she is anything like her little sister, I'm sure that if I give her a try, I will never ever forget her! Great job Folks! Thanks

First time to Lucy's, Austin and Ashley were very friendly and super helpful. Austin cooked the burger perfectly, and both the frys and burger were super fresh and hot. We will be coming back.

In the food court of the mall. It was a decent burger, cooked to order with fresh ingredients. The fries were not crispy but still good. It’s a simple menu and the employees were courteous.

Best burgers in Flagstaff! 1/2 lb Juicy Lucy, green chili burger, pastrami burger, cheese curds, chilli cheese fries and so much more. And the shakes need to be eaten with a spoon. So good!

Found on the internet while on vacation in Flagstaff AZ. Very tasty and available both gluten free and a vegan option. I went gluten free. Delicious. Wish I could visit more often but I am far away.

Food was good overall but kind of bland, definitely could have been more favorable. Service was great! We got the basket of fries (this will feed 2-3 people), the green chili burger and the Philly cheesesteak. The green chili burger was good and had some spice to it but definitely not enough to be mouth watering and had 2 large open slices of green chili on the burger. The cheesesteak was kind of bland and dry, if peppers had been cooked along with the meat then it would have been good and mouthwatering. Overall I'd go again to try something different.

First time trying this place and I’ve heard mixed reviews. It’s kinda on the pricey side so don’t expect it to be McDonald’s. For how much you pay they should at least be more generous with their servings, MORE FRIES PLEASE! 😭 other than that it was pretty good.

Stopped in with my son and grandson for a midweek afterschool treat! Lauren was sweet as could be when my little grandson wanted to sit at the counter! Dawson and Nolan cooked our food to perfection! I had a cheeseburger- tasted like it was cooked at a bbq-really yummy! Excellent fries too! My 13 year old smiled - so it must be really good Kid-friendliness: Good time at the counter !

Lucy’s Burgers clearly has the best burgers that we have found in Flagstaff. The kids are happy with the kids menu and the girlfriend really likes the sandwich selection. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian sandwiches available Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free buns are available Parking: The entire Flagstaff Mall parking lot is available for free use. I have seen semi trucks and buses parked near the food court entrance Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu and they have the entire mall Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair and electric scooter assessable

Georgia was so wonderful to me. IThis was my 1st time here. I locked my keys in my car and have a 2 hr wait, to say the least I was not having a good day. Georgia made it all better by greeting me with her sweet smile. :) The burger I had was excellent. She was friendly, great smile. I think the burger I got today (mushroom and swiss burger) was genuinely one of the best burgers I've ever had. I'm super picky about my burgers being cooked all the way through and it was perfect. The staff are also super friendly, but also not overbearing. Will absolutely be coming here again, fantastic little place!

Absolutely delightful. My cheesesteak and friends mushroom burger were delicious, cooked perfectly, warm and toasty for the snowy weather. Staff engaged in conversation and were very nice, offered history about the location and the quality of their ingredients. Also talked about how they're always creating new recipes and offered us a sample of their newest item. Welcoming, warm, tasty and with a top notch diner aesthetic.

Best burger joint in Flagstaff! If you aren’t wanting a burger, they have hot dogs and sandwiches. The hamburgers are fresh and made to order, I go here on my lunch break regularly… nothing but good things to say. Super friendly staff also. Flagstaff Mall is lucky to have them!

I really enjoyed my burgers. You can have it cooked just how you like it. Nothing here is microwaved. I like the 50s style decor. They also serve old style milkshakes just like they did in the 5os. And for your younger generation,those chairs were called swivel chairs.

Lucys burgers is located inside the food court in the flagstaff mall. I had a mushroom Swiss burger and regular fries and a Pepsi. My total was $15 for lunch. The burger alone was $9.50 before tax. I added grilled onions on mine. It was really good!

Lucy's Burger is hands down one of the best burger spots and Flagstaff! You can definitely tell the quality in their beef and in their new Lucy's sauce. The shakes are absolutely delicious and they're always coming up with new ideas, it's super creative. Not only that, but the classic diner theme is also the cherry on top of the whole experience.
